the miners arms re-opening policy
We at The Miners are taking a very safety conscious view to re-opening our doors.
From Saturday 4th July, we will initially only be admitting villagers and regular customers from the local area so while we are adjusting to our new way of life, we can keep everyone as safe as possible. This will be reviewed and updated as we adapt to the changing situation and receive more guidance from the government.
We are looking forward to opening our doors to the wider community as soon as conditions allow. If in doubt, feel free to give us a call to see how things are going and we will update you.
For your safety and that of the staff, hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes will be provided.
You can view our new opening times via: this website (below), our pub Facebook page and the 'A' board outside the front of the pub. We expect these to change regularly as circumstances unfold.
NO-ONE IS ALLOWED TO SIT AT THE BAR FOR NOW.
We recommend that larger groups call ahead to make sure we have space available. On arrival, please send in one person to be shown where there is a suitable table. There will be a pad for you to write down your order. We will serve you at your table as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

adaptations to our menu
Our 'in-house' food menu has been reduced and will be served in disposable/take-away cartons for everyone's safety. For those who are garden visitors, this will enable a swift departure if the weather changes for the worst. This menu will be displayed around the pub and on the tables.
Pre-ordered take-aways from our full menu will continue as before.
We are still offering a grocery delivery service to customers. Please call to let us know your requirements.
Special events can still be catered for. Ring us to discuss what we can do for you.
Your patience and courtesy with us and with fellow customers is greatly appreciated during these difficult times.
Thank you from The Miners Arms for your continued support.
